1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and yyy999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the yyy999 website at yyy999.app and all associated gaming and betting services offered on that website.

When registering you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your real name, date of birth, email address and phone number. Providing false registration details is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

Verification documents may include a CNIC, passport, bank statement, or screenshot confirming ownership of a payment method such as JazzCash or Easypaisa. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on yyy999 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards, credit cards and mobile wallets.

By depositing funds you confirm that the payment method belongs to you and that the funds are from a legitimate personal source. yyy999 does not accept deposits from third parties, anonymous sources, or business accounts not held in the player's name.

• Deposits: Processed promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the Deposit page.

• Pending bonus wagering: Withdrawals may not be processed while an active bonus has outstanding wagering requirements. The balance subject to wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited first.

yyy999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This is a security measure to protect players and the integrity of the platform. Delays caused by verification are not a breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

yyy999 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is governed by specific terms that are published alongside the offer. Those specific terms take precedence over these general Terms in respect of that particular offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all yyy999 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device and per IP address.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the terms of each promotion.
• Certain game types — including but not limited to Live Casino tables and specific Slot titles — may contribute at reduced rates or not at all towards wagering requirements. This is stated per promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.

6 VIP Programme

The yyy999 VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Players earn VIP points on every real-money bet placed on the platform. Points accumulate and advance players through tiers automatically.

• VIP points are earned on Sports Betting, Casino games, Slot Games and Fish Games. Specific earn rates by game type are published on the VIP page.
• VIP tier benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal limit increases, private Live Casino table access and dedicated account managers — apply from the beginning of the period in which the tier is reached.

7 Gameplay Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. yyy999 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in specific circumstances such as a technical error on the platform side.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round or sporting event, yyy999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.

• Using automated bots, scripts, software or any artificial means to place bets or interact with games.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

yyy999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment credentials.
• A chargeback or payment dispute raised against a deposit made to yyy999.
• Detection of prohibited activity as described in Section 9.
• A request by the player to close their own account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's balance is held securely. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, access is restored and any held balance remains intact. Where a breach is confirmed, yyy999 may forfeit some or all of the account balance in line with the nature of the breach.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Verified balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method following a standard withdrawal review, provided no outstanding obligations exist.

11 Limitation of Liability

yyy999 operates on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages or events beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
